Adopt a Bulldog / Terrier

Hi there! My name is Apollo (or Lolo, for short!) and I'm a 1 year old, and a smaller guy at only 29 lbs. I am also the friendliest most affectionate boy ever! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I was saved from a kill shelter at the very last minute. They were going to put me down because they didn't have room for more pups... I thought my number was up, but Diamond Dogs Rescue volunteers stepped in and made all the arrangements for me to come to Wisconsin! On my way here, I spent some time with a few different foster families until my long-term foster family was ready for me. I loved every single person I've met in this journey.. and they all said they loved me back! I'm a small pitty boy and the perfect pup if you like to cuddle and if you're looking for a canine companion for whom you'll be the world.

I am cat, kid, and dog friendly, and right now I live with my foster mom, foster dad, and foster furry sister. I am also kennel trained and will happily spend the night in there if that's what you want me to do. But I would never turn down a spot next to you in bed! Pick me!

I'm medium energy and I like to play, but I can also take it easy and binge watch Netflix with you on a Sunday afternoon. Although it's so cold outside right now that I'm not much into running in the yard for long... I rather play inside with a rope or a ball. But come summer I'll be ready to go explore with you!

I'm still a young dog so my foster mom and dad are working with me so I can learn some manners. They say that I'm doing really well! We're working on potty training and they both think I'm a champ! I'm having almost no accidents and I'm getting good at letting everyone know when I have to go outside. I'm very food driven so training is a breeze when there are yummy treats involved!

I'm loving being with my foster parents, but I'm also ready for a family of my own. I'd do best in a home with parents that are into cuddling and will continue training me so I can be the best dog ever! I am ready to open up my heart to you, if you're ready to open up your doors to me.
